We ship all ITSTIMETO orders through Omniva Parcel (available only to Latvia, Baltic States and European Union) and Latvian’s national post service – Latvian Postal. We ship all orders free of charge.
Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of our internati onal customers. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
ITSTIMETO is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays. Delivery dates are estimated.
Orders in Baltic States
Orders within Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia ship via Latvian Postal will generally arrive in 2-5 business days.
Orders within Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and other EU contries ship via Omniva Parcel Service or Omniva courier service. If you choose shipping service via Omniva parcel service, your order will be shipped to your nearest Omniva Parcel machine and you will receive a note from Omniva service when it is possible to get your order. If you choose Omniva courier you will receive your order from courier in your address in your hands.
All orders ship with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package.
International orders
International orders ship via Latvian Postal Service and arrive in 3-4 days after production for most countries but can take up to 2 weeks. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Your order will be shipped to the nearest postal office and you will receive a note form the postal service when it is possible to get your order.
Most international orders include tracking information. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the Latvian Postal Service.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.
Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns
Return Policy (for shipping within the EU only) For returns, please contact itstimetoonline@gmail.com as soon as possible indicating your name, purchase order number, and reason of the return. You will receive a return confirmati on email with instructions on how to proceed. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and shipping charges are not refundable. No exchange or return on international orders.
In case of dispute, we also recommend you to retain proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss of any item(s) you have chosen to send to us independently.
We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, sanitary strips in place unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded.
Once we have received the returned items and checked that the conditional criteria has been met, you will be sent an email acknowledging that the returned items have been received and accepted. The refund procedure will start within 30 days of you informing us of your decision to return your purchased products and once we have confirmed that the return has been carried out in compliance with the above-stated criteria. Your refund will be processed in whatever form of payment you used to originally purchase the items in the same currency.
That being said, all of our bodies are unique and we wouldn’t expect the same fit for everyone. If the product does not feel right or is not a match made in heaven, drop us a message- we’re open to finding a better fit.
